Loyalty Hub Terms of Use

These terms and conditions apply to the Loyalty Hub app (hereby referred to as “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Afrikan Apps Studio (hereby referred to as “Service Provider”).
Upon downloading or using the Application, you automatically agree to the following terms. Please read them thoroughly before using the Application. Unauthorised copying, modification of the Application, any part of the Application, or our trademarks is strictly prohibited. Any attempts to extract the source code of the Application, translate the Application into other languages, or create derivative versions are not permitted. All trademarks, copyrights, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is dedicated to ensuring the Application is as beneficial and efficient as possible. As such, we reserve the right to modify the Application or charge for our services at any time and for any reason. Any charges for the Application or its services will be clearly communicated to you in advance.
Subscriptions
Loyalty Hub Pro is available as a recurring monthly or annual subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account after purchase confirmation. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device settings (Apple ID → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions).
Your Responsibilities
The Application stores and processes personal data that you have provided. It is your responsibility to maintain the security of your device and access to the Application. The Service Provider strongly advises against jailbreaking or rooting your phone — doing so may expose your device to malware, compromise security features and cause the Application to malfunction.
Third-Party Services
The Application uses third-party services that have their own terms and conditions:
User-Generated Content
You may contribute content to Loyalty Hub, including product submissions, ingredient label photos and shared shopping lists. You agree not to contribute content that is unlawful, offensive, infringing, deceptive or otherwise inappropriate. The Service Provider may remove any content that violates these terms without notice. You can report objectionable content using the “Report” option available on shared content within the Application; we aim to act on reports within 24 hours.
AI-Generated Content
Recipes and certain other content in Loyalty Hub may be generated by artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is for inspiration only. Always verify ingredients for allergens and dietary requirements. Nutrition information shown on recipes is an estimate and is not medical advice — consult a registered healthcare professional for dietary guidance.
Connectivity and Charges
Some functions of the Application require an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile data). The Service Provider cannot be held responsible if the Application does not function fully due to lack of access. If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider’s terms still apply, including roaming charges. By using the Application, you accept responsibility for such charges. If you are not the bill payer for the device, we assume you have obtained permission from the bill payer.
Limitation of Liability
The Service Provider cannot always assume responsibility for your use of the Application. While we strive to keep the Application accurate and up to date, we rely on third parties for some information. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, that you experience as a result of relying entirely on this functionality. Pricing and availability shown in the Application are provided as a guide and may differ from in-store prices.
Updates and Termination
The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time, and the system requirements may change — you may need to download updates to continue using the Application. The Service Provider does not guarantee that updates will always be made available or remain compatible with your operating system version. The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, the rights and licences granted under these terms will end, and you must stop using and delete the Application from your device.
Changes to These Terms
The Service Provider may periodically update these Terms and Conditions. You are advised to review this page regularly for changes. Notice will be given by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
